When do passes & tickets go on sale?

Tickets will go on sale in the coming months online exclusively at artikfest.com!

How can I get an Artik’Pass or a ticket?

Tickets are exclusively available online at artikfest.com. All tickets are digital only — no paper copies.

What types of tickets are available?

You have 3 options: the Artik’Pass, the Regular Ticket, or the VIP Ticket.

ARTIK’Pass

The ultimate choice to live the Artik experience to the fullest!
Get access to all outdoor concerts at the Port Park, the epic ABI Aftershows in downtown bars, as well as the opening and closing nights at the Cabaret of the Amphithéâtre Cogeco. A full weekend of vibes, bass, and chills!

REGULAR TICKET

Pick the night that fits your Artik vibe!
Your ticket gives you access to all shows on the day of your choice (Friday, February 20 or Saturday, February 21), including the ABI Aftershows. Just one night, but a massive dose of energy!

VIP TICKET

ArtikFest in comfort mode!
Enjoy all outdoor performances at the Port Park with exclusive access to the VIP zone — a heated elevated space with an incredible view — and, of course, access to all ABI Aftershows to keep the party going all night long!

Is there a maximum quantity of tickets available?

Yes, all ArtikFest admission tickets are available in limited quantities.

Venue capacity is limited, so general admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. The purchase of a general admission ticket does not automatically guarantee access to all shows.

Do I need to create a customer account to make a purchase?

Yes! Creating a customer account is now mandatory to purchase tickets. This allows you to better manage your orders and even transfer your tickets. You will have access to your tickets in electronic format through your account.

I’ve lost my order, how can I get my tickets back?

You can retrieve your order directly via your Customer Account. Your purchased admission tickets are available in the “My tickets” section of the Customer Account, in mobile format only! You can easily add them to your digital wallet for quick access. To access your Customer Area, click here.

Can I lend my pass?

Yes! You can lend your pass to a friend or family member on nights when you’re not attending ArtikFest. Simply forward your pass or ticket by email or securely through your Customer Account. Please note that a ticket can only be scanned once per evening at the site entrance. If you lend your ticket to someone, make sure they don’t use it for the same show as you. The person must also have their ticket scanned out upon leaving so you can use it again that night.

If you’ve transferred your pass through your Customer Account, it must be transferred back to you before you can reuse it. There’s no limit to the number of transfers. Passes are not personalized by name — only the barcode is scanned at entry.
